I mean the dongle is Bluetooth but if current isn't right to the port it is plugged into it wouldn't function properly. If the port is wired wrong and has weird current going across it, it might explain the malfunctioning receiver dongle. I've often wondered if it is a port issue. Usually I have to unplug the charging controller. I would have never known if I didn't have a pair of wired headphones. Regular Bluetooth headphones sound fine on my ps4. I have an issue where when I plug a controller in to charge on one port and I have a wired headset plugged into the other port there is a pretty gnarly hum on the headset headphones. I also have to wonder if this isn't a port issue on my ps4. I am kind of interested to see if people having this issue are experiencing it across the board or if replacing the controller will fix it. If anyone has attempted this, please let me know if the result has been the same. That's as much advice I can give in regards to double-strumming. Rinse and repeat and now I don't have this problem anymore. After a few moments, I would revert back to down-strumming. While playing a song, if it began to start double-strumming, I would start strumming upwards. Based on what happened with my guitar, I'd encourage everyone with this problem to try and muscle through it and see what happens. I'm unsure if I did anything to fix the problem, but the problem seems to have gone away entirely. (UPDATE) I've been playing GHL for about 10 total hours now, and my double-down strumming issue has resided. I'm wondering if anybody has had this problem too, or if anyone knows of a fix. Needless to say, it takes me out of the immersion of the game. I've tried replacing the batteries (even though they were new), resyncing the controller, and even playing full songs by completely strumming upwards. At first I thought I was missing notes because I'm new to the game, but in the menus, I will sometimes go down two options even though I only strum once. I've had this game for a couple of hours, and my strum bar will occasionally strum twice, but only on down-strums.
